1. Pre-contractual Information
Pursuant to Article 49 of Italian Legislative Decree No. 206 of 6 September 2005 (Consumer Code), the pre-contractual information provided by the Seller through this website forms an integral and essential part of the distance sales contract concluded with the Customer. Such information may not be modified unless expressly agreed between the parties or as otherwise permitted by law.
2. Supplier Identification
This document governs the terms and conditions for the use of the website www.agricorti.it and the purchase of the products offered.

3. Requirements for Using the Website and Purchasing Products
By registering on the Website, using its services, or placing an order, the Customer declares and warrants that they are at least 18 years of age and that all information provided is truthful, complete, accurate, and up to date.
If the Customer provides personal data relating to third parties, they declare that they are authorized to do so and, where required, have obtained the necessary consent, assuming full responsibility in this regard.
The Customer undertakes to promptly notify the Supplier of any changes to the information provided and to keep such information updated at all times.
4. Purpose of the Service / Website Features
The Website allows Customers to:
- browse the Products offered for sale;
- select the Products they wish to purchase;
- request home delivery of the Products;
- pay the purchase price using one of the payment methods made available on the Website.
5. Product Information
For each Product, the Customer may consult a dedicated product page containing the main information, characteristics, price, and any other details relevant to the purchase.
As the Products are agricultural products, slight differences between the Products delivered and the images displayed on the Website shall not be considered defects, provided they do not affect the essential characteristics of the Product.
It is the Customer’s responsibility to verify any allergies before purchasing.
6. Prices
All prices displayed on the Supplier’s online catalogue are expressed in Euros (€) and include VAT and any other applicable taxes.
Shipping costs and any additional charges, where applicable, are not included in the purchase price and will be calculated and displayed separately before the Customer completes the order.
For international shipments, Customers must contact the Supplier by e-mail to verify availability, shipping costs, and delivery times.
7. Purchase Procedure
To place an order, the Customer must:
- browse the available Products and select those of interest;
- add the selected Products to the shopping cart;
- complete the required personal and shipping information;
- finalize the order by choosing one of the available payment methods.
An order submitted by the Customer shall become binding on the Supplier only after verification of product availability.
If, within 72 hours (excluding public holidays) from the order confirmation e-mail, the Supplier does not notify the Customer of any product unavailability or other issues relating to the order, the order shall be deemed accepted.
Acceptance of the order by the Supplier will result in the immediate charge of the purchase amount according to the payment method selected by the Customer.
8. Payment Methods
Orders may be paid using:
- PayPal;
- Debit, credit and payment cards, processed through the PayPal platform, even without a PayPal account.
To ensure maximum security, payments are processed through certified third-party payment providers.
The Supplier does not have access to payment card details and does not store such information.
The Supplier adopts all reasonable measures to ensure transaction security but cannot be held liable for fraudulent or unauthorized use of payment cards or other payment instruments by third parties.
9. Invoicing
Customers may request an invoice during the checkout process by completing the relevant billing section on the Website.
Customers must provide all required tax information, including their Tax Code and/or VAT number, together with the electronic invoicing details (SDI recipient code and/or Certified E-mail (PEC), where applicable).
The electronic invoice will be transmitted through the Italian Exchange System (SDI) in accordance with current legislation.
The Customer is responsible for providing accurate billing information.
If an invoice is not requested when placing the order, it cannot be issued at a later date.
10. Delivery
The Supplier will deliver the purchased Products by courier to the address provided by the Customer during the ordering process.
Shipments are made from Monday to Friday, excluding weekends and public holidays.
As couriers operate during normal business hours, Customers are advised to provide a delivery address where someone is available to receive the parcel.
Unless prevented by force majeure or circumstances beyond the Supplier’s control, delivery generally takes between 24 hours from the day following the order and a maximum of 5 working days from the shipping date.
Delivery times are indicative only and may vary depending on the destination, particularly for islands or remote locations.
Should the Supplier be unable to dispatch the Products within the expected timeframe, the Customer will be informed promptly by e-mail.
The Supplier shall not be held liable for delays resulting from unforeseeable events or circumstances beyond its reasonable control.
The Customer will receive a shipment tracking e-mail on the day the Products are entrusted to the courier.
11. Complaints and Right of Withdrawal
Upon delivery, the Customer (or an authorized recipient) must check that the packaging is intact and shows no signs of damage or tampering.
Any visible damage must be reported immediately by sending an e-mail to contatti@agricorti.it, including a description of the issue and photographic evidence.
If the Customer discovers defects or issues with the Products received, they may contact the Supplier as described above.
The Customer has the right to withdraw from the purchase within 14 (fourteen) days from the date on which they acquire physical possession of the Products purchased online.
To exercise the right of withdrawal, the Customer must notify the Supplier of their decision by using the Withdrawal Form available in the website footer.
To qualify for a refund, Products must be returned unopened, unused, and in their original sealed packaging.
The Supplier may withhold the refund until the returned Products have been received.
In accordance with Article 59(e) of the Italian Consumer Code (Legislative Decree No. 206/2005), the right of withdrawal does not apply once the sealed packaging of the Product has been opened. In such cases, no refund will be granted.
Where the withdrawal is valid, the Products must be returned within 14 days of notifying the Supplier to:

Unless otherwise agreed, return shipping costs are borne by the Customer.
12. Use of the Website and User Responsibilities
The Customer agrees to use the Website and its services exclusively for lawful purposes and in compliance with these Terms and Conditions.
Any use of the Website that may impair its operation, damage it, or interfere with its use by other users is prohibited.
The Customer is responsible for safeguarding their login credentials and for all activities carried out through their account, including those performed by unauthorized third parties.
13. Liability and Limitations
The Supplier guarantees the quality of the Products until delivery to the address provided by the Customer.
After delivery, the Supplier shall not be liable for any deterioration resulting from improper or unsuitable storage of the Products.
The Supplier shall also not be liable for interruptions or inability to access the Website or its services due to network failures, internet service providers, internet connectivity issues, or malfunctions of the Customer’s devices.
14. Amendments to the Terms and Conditions
The Supplier reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time.
Any amendments shall become effective from the date they are published on the Website.
15. Intellectual Property
All Website content, including but not limited to texts, images, trademarks, and logos, is the property of the Supplier and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
Any unauthorized reproduction or use is strictly prohibited.
16. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms and Conditions are governed by Italian law and shall be interpreted in accordance with the laws of the Italian Republic.
Any dispute arising between the Customer and the Supplier shall fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the Court of Alessandria, Italy.
