This dish is extremely easy to prepare, but sure to go down well with guests.
500 g gnocchi · 200 g brie · 50 g walnuts · 3 tbsp milk · salt · nutmeg
Blanch the walnuts for a few minutes, and melt the brie with a few tablespoons of milk.
Coarsely chop the walnuts and add the creamy cheese mixture (set aside a few chopped nuts to garnish the plates).
Cook the gnocchi (or pasta if you prefer) in plenty of salted water, drain and add to the sauce. Sprinkle with grated nutmeg and mix the gnocchi through the cheese and walnut cream.
Place on the plate, add the chopped nuts and serve.
