Chicken in yogurt with walnuts and turmeric

A second course that is appetizing and easy to prepare. The secret? Marinating in the refrigerator.
It is also a dish rich in vitamins, mineral salts, and omega 3.
- 400 g of chicken breast • 400 g of plain yogurt • 80 g of walnuts • 1 small teaspoon of turmeric • 3 tablespoons of extra virgin olive oil • salt to taste. • black pepper to taste
Cut the chicken into strips and put it in a bowl with oil, yogurt, and turmeric. Mix well, then cover with cling film and let it marinate in the refrigerator for a couple of hours.
Heat a pan and pour in the chicken with all the marinade.
Add whole or coarsely chopped walnuts to your liking.
Add salt and pepper, then cook over low heat for about 20 minutes, stirring often. Serve hot.
