It takes just a few minutes to prepare, just the time it takes to cook the pasta and you can serve it right away!
If you don’t like cream, you can replace it with the same amount of mascarpone or ricotta, the result will still be excellent and creamy.
- 300 g paccheri • 100 g walnut kernels• 100 g sweet bacon • 40 g parmigiano reggiano • 1 clove of garlic • 100 g cooking cream • 20 g extra virgin olive oil
Bring the cooking water for the paccheri to a boil. Mix the walnuts with the parmigiano, cream, a pinch of garlic and blend well.
You can replace the cream with ricotta or mascarpone in the same amounts.
Sauté the peeled garlic with the extra virgin olive oil and bacon.
Pour the walnut sauce into a container and set aside. Place a ladle of cooking water aside.
Drain the pasta, toss it in the bacon, then add the sauce with the walnuts, and let it cook for a few minutes.
If needed, add the water from the pasta to make it creamier.
Leave the paccheri and walnuts to simmer for a few minutes on a moderate flame.
Serve and… enjoy your meal!
